Introduction and discovery of therapeutic practices
My name is Jérôme Finck, and I am a therapist specialising in Reiki and in seated and table Amma massage.
Following injuries caused by intensive sports practice, I had the chance to discover and try out a range of care techniques that today allow me to support people.
In 2017, I therefore spent a year practising Shiatsu at the ZANSHIN SHIATSU DO school in Mulhouse, which motivated me to deepen this technique.
That same year, I discovered traditional Usui Reiki with Reiki Master Verena Werquin. Thanks to her, I completed the first level of training up to teaching mastery in 2019.
Towards Touch'Energy: training with Xavier Court & Sylvie Braun
Motivated by acupressure-based care, I trained and became certified in seated Amma massage at the Xavier Court school in 2019. Xavier Court teaches massage following the technique taught by David Palmer, with whom I deepened my practice through his masterclasses in 2019 and 2022. In 2020, I continued my training in table Amma massage at the Xavier Court school with Michael Zimmermann, who was trained directly by David Palmer. I then obtained my certification in 2021, followed by an advanced course covering additional techniques.
I also trained in conscious and non-violent communication (NVC) with Sylvie Braun in Lutterbach in 2018.
Reconnecting with the body and with language through care
As a massage therapist under the name Touch'Energy, I like to encourage clients to listen to their body and discover their own capacity for self-healing. I enjoy bridging the gap between Western medicine and gentle, natural therapies, in a reassuring and encouraging atmosphere.
Fluent in English, German and French — my native language — I offer sessions at my practice, at your home, or within companies.
